Below you will find my certifications and information about them!

Doula certification. I received this from the 6-hour in-person class with Aly McClain. This includes comprehensive training in labor support, advocacy, and emotional care. I also received education on optimal labor and birth positions for a variety of scenarios.

Birth emergency skill training certificate. I received this through a MEAC-approved course with 29+ contact hours. With this, I learned neonatal resuscitation, optimal labor and birth positions for a variety of scenarios, how to listen to fetal heart rate, and how to feel a baby’s position externally & internally.

Neonatal Resuscitation program (NRP) certificate. In this training, I learned how to properly resuscitate a baby as an assistant and as a main resuscitator. I practiced the resuscitation with many other midwives, nurses, and trainers.

Pregnancy and Infant Loss: The perinatal and postpartum professional’s role in supporting families. I’m honored to share that I have earned my certification in Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support as a birth doula. This training has deepened my understanding of how to compassionately support families experiencing miscarriage, stillbirth, infant loss, or medically complex pregnancies. These moments require gentleness, presence, and informed care.
